I have worked in education and counselling for over 25 years supporting children and their families with their emotional, cognitive, and behavioural growth.
Recently, I moved to the Sunshine Coast after 15 years in London to work as a counsellor at Matthew Flinders Anglican College. I am known as a respected counsellor who focuses on people's wellbeing, supporting them in understanding their thoughts, emotions and behaviour.
I use a client centred approach along with mindfulness and cognitive behavioural techniques to offer practical guidance and assistance in developing healthier thought patterns and coping skills.
I believe in fostering hope and empowering individuals to overcome challenges and live better lives. I adapt my approach to meet each person's specific needs, working with them on their anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.
